This photograph is from a visit to Paramin, a village in the Northern Range of Trinidad. Two blue devils, one of our country’s well-known traditional mas characters, descended upon a group of us on a National Trust Tour in a whirlwind of drumming, dancing, and devilish screams. Their energy was contagious, and I watched in awe with a big smile plastered on my face. This is what I came to Paramin that day to capture, and I will share those beautiful photographs soon.
