I've pretty much been vegan my entire life. When I was younger, I could only eat animal products that didn't resemble their origin. If meat was served, it had to be shredded and made into another form for me to eat it. I could never eat any meat near to a bone. I just never liked meat and the concept of eating it. I often joke that if I had known someone vegan back then, I would have declared myself one too.
For many people, I am the only vegan person they know, so whenever they have visitors, they frequently ask for restaurant recommendations in T&T. This post will be an ongoing collection as I continue to add new places. I will start with the places I’ve been to recently, ensuring they still offer great options, and update the list regularly. For me, this list will be handy as instead of repeating the same suggestions to my friends, I will simply direct them to this post! Are there any places I should check out? Please tell me in the comments!
