One Month to go!
My favourite day of the year is getting closer as my birthday is exactly one month away! In preparation, I've decided to get myself ready to be the best version of myself.
When the thought first came to me, I paused. What does that even mean? I considered focusing on my running goals, but that would only improve one area of my life, specifically health and fitness. I quickly realised I needed a more holistic challenge, one where I do at least one thing every day that pours into the different areas that make up a well-rounded, fulfilling life.
For the next 31 days, I'll be tracking one main action I do across the categories below. I'll share a short note on it to keep things concise, and I'll write more in-depth posts about specific experiences separately.
Follow along to see how I get on, or better yet, take on your own challenge and see what you can accomplish! Here's to an improved, older, and hopefully wiser version of myself. 🎂
